Selected academic assessments applying digital construction, BIM and information management principles to complex building design, delivery and facilities-management scenarios.
A retrofit-focused consultancy report proposing a green-roof strategy for the NLDS facility and examining how BIM can improve energy analysis, cost estimation and information management. It extends the approach into facilities management through BIM-enabled predictive maintenance, IoT and energy monitoring.
A delivery proposal for Northumbria University's CIS Building identifying circulation, MEP coordination and lift-integration challenges. It develops practical resolutions using Integrated Project Delivery, BIM, virtual reality, clash detection and ISO 19650-aligned information-management workflows.
