– Prepared Basic Engineering and Design Packages (BEDP) including design calculations, project specifications, work scope definitions, design drawings and detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) across drainage infrastructure, educational, hospitality and residential projects. – Developed drainage system layouts and coordinated plumbing and services interfaces within building projects, working with design teams to resolve constructability issues. – Carried out setting-out and dimensional verification of excavation, foundation, drainage and structural elements. – Developed structured Excel-based tender estimation workbooks supporting early-stage cost planning and quantification of design alternatives. – Supervised daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications and quality standards; managed site documentation including inspection records and material tracking logs.

– Reconciled material consumption against executed quantities across pavement, drainage and crash barrier works, preparing interim statements and quantity take-offs using structured Excel workbooks. – Produced monthly cost reports, cost-value reconciliations (CVRs) and planned-versus-actual comparisons using RIB iTWO and Excel, supporting commercial and engineering decision-making. – Developed short-term look-ahead schedules from TILOS master plans using Last Planner System principles, integrating work-front supervisors into weekly planning cycles. – Monitored critical path activities, identified slippage trends and supported corrective resequencing; produced weekly and monthly management reports for project and client teams.

– Led site engineering delivery across a 167 km section of live highway reconstruction under phased traffic management, coordinating supervisors, surveyors, subcontractors and laboratory teams. – Supported planning and delivery of over 250 culverts and drainage structures using precast components, undertaking site investigations and coordinating design changes with internal and external design teams. – Onboarded and managed multiple subcontractors including OPL utility relocations, preparing look-ahead schedules, issuing job notifications and signing off executed quantities for invoicing. – Prepared and implemented Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), maintained the NCR register and followed up open NCRs to resolution. – Performed civil engineering design calculations for construction activities including cement spread-rate calculations for soil stabilisation based on moisture content and shear stress assessments. – Maintained stakeholder assurance with client representatives and funding organisations, leading site visits and inspections to verify material quality and construction compliance. – Analysed plant and equipment productivity through truck cycle time monitoring, haul distance tracking and chisel consumption analysis, improving operational efficiency across work fronts. – Supported tender feasibility studies and shared technical innovations across regional projects, contributing to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
